Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

Buyer is responsible for paying all related shipping and handling charges unless otherwise noted in the item description. Shipping costs are determined at checkout by zip code and by shipping method chosen. A nominal handling charge is included to cover the cost of packaging materials. If the buyer provides a PO Box, items are mailed through the U.S. Postal Service. Special shipping arrangements such as companies not listed, local pickup and freight services may be available upon request.

MSU Shadows ships to U.S. mailing addresses only.

For freight shipping on larger/heavier items, palletizing, crating, shrink wrapping and banding services are available for a fee. NOTE: the buyer is responsible for the arrangement and payment of all related shipping and handling charges unless otherwise noted in the item description. Contact us for a quote or with questions on freight shipping.

Local Pickup & Payment

Local pickup and payment are available for no extra charge. Local payment and/or pick-up must be scheduled. Contact us to schedule the pick-up.

Due to liability, personal injury, and property damage the MSU Surplus Store staff is unable to provide the following services for customers:

  • Move or rearrange existing items in customers' vehicles.
  • Remove seats from vehicles.
  • Attempt to put items in vehicles that clearly will not fit.
  • Tie down items to trailers, vehicle roofs, or trunks.

Loading merchandise for customers is a courtesy. MSU Surplus Store will not be responsible for damage occurring to vehicles while moving or loading.

Gratuities are not allowed and will not be accepted.
